Melania Trump wore a white dress by Valentino and suede shoes by Christian Louboutin to the National Governors’ Association Spouses Luncheon on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Here she is pictured with Second Lady Karen Pence and Peggy McMaster (First Lady of South Carolina):
Mrs. Pence tweeted about the event.
The luncheon was held at Mount Vernon, Virginia, at the historic home of George Washington. More about Mount Vernon:
One of the nation’s most beloved historic sites, Mount Vernon offers a glimpse into 18th-century plantation life through beautiful gardens and grounds, intriguing museum exhibits, and immersive programs honoring George Washington’s life and legacy!

More about the NGA Spouses Program:
The National Governors Association Governors’ Spouses’ Program was formally established in 1985. Governors’ spouses raise public awareness about important issues, and they support a range of initiatives at the local, state and national levels. The program provides governors’ spouses with opportunities to learn about the latest research, trends and activities in their areas of interest and to share experiences and advice with colleagues about their unique concerns and responsibilities.

Melania’s Luncheon Style
Melania wore a Valentino v-neck flutter sleeve dress to the event.
The First Lady paired her look with a separate belt. The dress was last available at Saks for $1,047.
It looks like the First Lady wore Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle Follies’ pumps in ‘brass’ colored saffron suede.
The heel is 100 mm or about 4 inches. More about the pump:
No well-edited wardrobe is complete without a pair of Christian Louboutin’s ‘Pigalle Follies’ pumps. Made in Italy from the smoothest suede, this flattering style has a pointed toe and slim stiletto heel to elongate your legs. We think the rich saffron hue – what the brand calls ‘Brass’ – looks so chic with denim.
The shoes are made in Italy. They are currently available for $675.
Alternatively, she may be in Christian Louboutin’s ‘So Kate’ Pumps in yellow. It is difficult to tell from the lighting. These are available for $675.
